Who we are
Quiet Pebbles (“the game”) is published by FRESZ POINT, ul. Trojańska 6 lok. 4, 26-600 Radom, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 6911971817, under the developer name FreszPointStudio. Contact: biuro@freszpoint.pl.
The short version
The game does not collect, store on our servers or share any personal data. It has no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no user accounts.
Data stored only on your device
The game saves your level, your settings (theme, language, sound, vibration, large pieces) and the number of coffees you have bought in the phone’s local storage. This information never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes it. The progress code shown in the options is calculated on your phone; it is shared only if you choose to write it down or copy it.
Internet connection
The game works offline. It connects to the internet only to download updates of the game itself and, if you choose to buy a “coffee”, to Google Play.
Optional purchases (“coffee”)
Buying a coffee is voluntary and changes nothing in the game. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play under the Google Privacy Policy. We never receive your card or bank details. Google provides us with standard information about each transaction (such as order number, date, product, price and country), which we keep for as long as required by Polish tax and accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Children
The game is not directed at children, and it collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
This website
freszpoint.pl uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for security and technical purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl). As the game holds no data about you on our side, most requests can be answered quickly: write to biuro@freszpoint.pl.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

Gra zapisuje w pamięci telefonu Twój poziom, ustawienia (motyw, język, dźwięk, wibracje, duże klocki) oraz liczbę postawionych kaw. Te informacje nigdy nie opuszczają urządzenia i nie mamy do nich dostępu. Odinstalowanie gry lub wyczyszczenie jej danych je usuwa. Kod postępu widoczny w opcjach jest obliczany w telefonie; trafia gdziekolwiek tylko wtedy, gdy sam go zapiszesz lub skopiujesz.
Połączenie z internetem
Gra działa bez internetu. Łączy się z siecią tylko po to, by pobrać aktualizację samej gry, oraz z Google Play, jeśli zdecydujesz się postawić „kawę”.
Dobrowolne zakupy („kawa”)
Postawienie kawy jest dobrowolne i niczego w grze nie zmienia. Płatności w całości obsługuje Google Play zgodnie z Polityką prywatności Google. Nigdy nie otrzymujemy danych Twojej karty ani rachunku. Google przekazuje nam standardowe informacje o transakcji (m.in. numer zamówienia, datę, produkt, cenę i kraj), które przechowujemy przez okres wymagany przepisami podatkowymi i rachunkowymi (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO).
Dzieci
Gra nie jest skierowana do dzieci i nie zbiera danych osobowych od nikogo, w tym od dzieci.
Ta strona internetowa
Strona freszpoint.pl nie używa plików cookie ani narzędzi analitycznych. Dostawca hostingu może przechowywać standardowe logi serwera (np. adres IP i czas wizyty) w celach bezpieczeństwa i technicznych.
Twoje prawa
Na podstawie RODO masz prawo dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania i usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, sprzeciwu i przenoszenia danych, a także prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
